Itinerary
The first day of your Discover Goa Tour will commence with your arrival in South Goa. You’ll be received at the airport by one of our representatives, who will then transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. Check in at the hotel and spend the day resting at the hotel.
Have your breakfast and get ready to discover the gems of South Goa. Drive to Palolem Beach, one of the most picturesque and popular beaches in Goa. Surrounded by clumps of coconut trees, this beach is perfect for both laid-back getaways and parties. On the way to Palolem Beach, explore Betul Beach and Cabo de Rama Fort. This ancient fort in Goa finds its historic significance in the Hindu epic Ramayana. In the afternoon, you can visit other attractions like the Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary and Shri Mallikarjuna Swami Temple on your way back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
On the third day of your Discover Goa Tour, embark on a journey to Margao and visit many beautiful attractions here, such as the flea markets, Colva Beach, the 17th-century-built Church of the Holy Spirit, and the 400-year-old Rachol Seminary, the oldest and largest seminary in Goa. Later, take a ferry ride to Ponda, crossing the Zuari River. Visit the Shanta-Durga and Shri Mangeshi Temples. Later, relish Goan cuisine at Spice Plantation (at your own cost). After lunch, drive to Dudhsagar Falls and witness the captivating beauty of this majestic 1017-foot cascade. Return to the hotel and sleep tight.
Post breakfast, you’ll be driven to Panjim. Enjoy shopping in Panjim and then drive to Old Goa. Explore the famous churches and convents of Old Goa (UNESCO World Heritage Sites), including the Basilica of Bom Jesus, Se Cathedral, and Church of St. Francis of Assisi. In the afternoon, you can visit Miramar Beach. If there’s time, you can also opt for the Mandovi River Sunset Cruise (at your own cost). After this, get escorted to Fort Tiracol Heritage at the Tiracol Fort. Stay overnight there.
Spend the fifth day of your Discover Goa Tour by visiting the bustling markets and lively beaches of North Goa. Visit wonderful attractions like Fort Aguada, Baga Beach, Candolim Beach, Calangute Beach, Anjuna Beach, Sinquerim Beach, Vagator Beach, and Chapora Fort. Head back to the heritage hotel for an overnight stay.
