The only purpose of these terms and conditions is to ensure a smooth operation of our services that you will be availing through our website.
- Booking and Reservations
- Booking process: If you are willing to avail of our services and make reservations, then you should provide all legit documents that reflect all your information correctly and accurately. The minimum age limit for making reservations is 18 years, considering you are capable of signing contracts on a legal basis.
- Payment: We take deposits of full payment at the time of booking. The payment price will vary based on the specific terms of the chosen tour package. We accept payments through any of the following means: credit/debit card, UPI payment, and bank transfers. (NOTE: You must make payment in the currency specified only.)
- Confirmation: Once we go through your credentials for booking and payment, you shall receive a message or email confirming your bookings. The email will contain all the necessary information related to your travel plan, including booking details, payment invoices, and other pertinent information. Kindly go through all the confirmation details carefully to avoid any form of discrepancy. (NOTE: You must inform us within 48 hours if any discrepancy is found.)
- Cancelation and Refund Policy
- Cancelation on Your End: Under any circumstances, if you need to cancel the bookings, then you must send us a prior notification regarding the same via email or call our agent on our official number. Cancelation fees will be charged as per the terms of the specific tour package. Depending on the proximity of your cancellation timing to the starting date of the tour, the refund amount shall be credited.
- Cancelation on Our End: In case of cancellation of bookings on our end, we reserve all rights. We may cancel or modify your tour depending on the magnitude of unprecedented circumstances that may arise. The unprecedented/unforeseen circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or any other factors that are beyond our control. In this case, a full amount of the tour will be refunded to you, or in lieu, we may arrange an alternative tour that is equivalent in value to your canceled tour package.
- Changes to Bookings
- Request for Changes: If you desire to make any kind of changes pertaining to your tour package bookings, such as tour dates, tour itinerary, or any other changes, then you may raise a request. Subject to availability and possibility, your requests will be entertained by us, and additional charges may apply accordingly.
- Changes Made by Us: We hold all the necessary rights that allow us to make any kind of modification to the date, itinerary, accommodation, or any other aspect of your tour. You’ll be notified of the changes made at the earliest, and if necessity occurs, then we will offer you alternatives or a refund amount.
- Travel Documentation
- You are solely responsible for the carriage and safety of all your required documentation that is necessary for the trip, which includes your passport, visas, licenses, etc. India Wonderland, under any circumstances, shall not be held liable for any issues arising from failing to provide adequate documents at the time of your entry and exit from the country and also during the entire trip.
- India Wonderland doesn’t cover travel insurance in any of the tour packages. You are suggested to carry your travel insurance, which can cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or any kind of other unfortunate event.
- Responsibilities and Conduct
You will have to abide by all the local laws of the places you visit during the tour and must diligently follow all the instructions given by our representative. If we find your behavior inappropriate or potentially harmful to yourself, fellow travelers, or our staff, then you will be held accountable for it and following it we may refuse to continue giving you services and may also terminate your tour if necessary.
- Liability
- India Wonderland is only liable for your prepaid amount specific to the tour and services in question. Any other indirect or consequential damages that arise from using our services, then we must not be held liable for them.
- India Wonderland may collaborate with third parties to offer additional tour services, such as hotels, airlines, or local guides. If these third parties fail to accommodate their services to you or act in any incongruous way, then we are not responsible for their behavior.
- Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of India Wonderland and its license holders and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are therefore strictly prohibited from making use of any of this content for your personal or professional use and reproducing or distributing it without taking our approval in writing.
